Cheese Operation

Produce various types of cheese, including soft, hard, aged, and specialty cheeses

Manage the entire cheese-making process: curdling, cutting, stirring, draining, molding, pressing, salting, and aging

Monitor and control temperature, humidity, and other variables during production and aging

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work area

Keep detailed production records and logs

Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Source and manage raw milk and other ingredients as required

Handle packaging and labeling of cheese products

No prior experience required – training will be provided
