🧑‍🍳 Job Description

  • We are looking for a skilled and reliable Chef/Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, maintain high hygiene standards, and consistently deliver quality dishes as per our menu and standards.


✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items as per standard recipes and portion sizes
  • Knowledge of Dosa batter, thatte Idli Batter, Medu Vada, Chutneys, Filter coffee, Khara Bhath & Kesari Bhath.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
  • Assist with prep work, inventory checks, and minimizing food wastage
  • Coordinate with service staff for smooth kitchen operations
  • Handle peak-hour service efficiently


🧠 Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience as a Cook / Chef (QSR, café, or restaurant)
  • Knowledge of [Cuisine Type – e.g., South Indian / North Indian / Continental / Multi-cuisine]
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety
  • Team player with a positive attitude
