Role Summary
The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality North Indian, Chinese, and multi-cuisine dishes while maintaining hygiene, taste consistency, and brand standards of Anand Sweets & Savouries.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook North Indian, Chinese, and multi-cuisine dishes as per standard recipes
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Manage food preparation within set timelines
- Minimize wastage and handle raw materials efficiently
- Coordinate with service staff for smooth kitchen operations
- Desired Skills & QualitiesKnowledge of North Indian, Chinese, and multi-cuisine cooking
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety norms
- Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
