Role Summary


The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality North Indian, Chinese, and multi-cuisine dishes while maintaining hygiene, taste consistency, and brand standards of Anand Sweets & Savouries.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook North Indian, Chinese, and multi-cuisine dishes as per standard recipes
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
  • Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
  • Manage food preparation within set timelines
  • Minimize wastage and handle raw materials efficiently
  • Coordinate with service staff for smooth kitchen operations
