Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: โ‚น25,000 โ€“ โ‚น40,000 per month (Based on experience & cuisine expertise)

Reporting To: Restaurant Manager / Kitchen Head / Client Representative


Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Restaurant-Level Skilled Chef who can prepare high-quality meals with professional kitchen standards. The chef will be responsible for food preparation, taste consistency, hygiene compliance, and efficient kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in restaurants, cloud kitchens, hotels, or premium household kitchens.


Key Responsibilities


โœ… Food Preparation & Cooking

  • Prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes as per menu standards
  • Expertise in Indian, South Indian, North Indian, or Multi-cuisine cooking
  • Ensure taste consistency and presentation quality
  • Handle bulk cooking or family-style meal preparation


โœ… Kitchen Operations:

  • Manage daily kitchen preparation and cooking schedules
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards
  • Proper storage and handling of ingredients
  • Monitor stock usage and minimize food wastage


โœ… Menu & Quality Management

  • Follow standardized recipes and portion control
  • Suggest menu improvements or new dishes when required
  • Maintain high food quality and customer satisfaction


โœ… Safety & Hygiene Compliance

  • Maintain personal hygiene and kitchen sanitation
  • Follow food safety and cleanliness protocols
  • Ensure safe handling of kitchen equipment


๐ŸŽฏ Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2โ€“5 years experience as a Chef or Cook in restaurants/hotels
  • Knowledge of professional kitchen operations
  • Ability to cook multiple cuisines preferred
  • Experience in South Indian / North Indian / Tandoor / Continental is an advantage
