An associate at Cinepolis is a frontline team member who ensures smooth daily operations and excellent guest experiences in the cinema environment. Key duties typically include:

• 1. Customer Interaction & Service: Greet and assist guests courteously throughout their visit.
• Respond to customer queries and help solve routine issues or direct them to supervisors when needed.
• 2. Ticketing & Box Office: Sell movie tickets at the box office using the POS system.
• Check tickets and usher guests into auditoriums.
• 3. Food & Beverage (F&B) Services: Work at concession counters and Coffee Tree counters to prepare and sell snacks, drinks, and other F&B items.
• Take orders from customers in the auditorium and deliver food to their seats during breaks.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all F&B points.
• 4. Theatre Floor & Operations Support: Be present in the auditorium and public areas to ensure timely service and assistance.
• Perform PRP (Pre-Rush Preparation) before shows and intervals start.
• Support the setup and smooth operation of shows (lighting, seats, projector areas).
• 5. Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of counters, serving areas, and auditoriums.
• Collect and clean trays, utensils, and equipment at the end of shifts.
• 6. Cash & Safety Handling: Perform cash reconciliation and ensure billing accuracy.
• Follow safety, food handling, and hygiene guidelines at all times.
