CIT Operations In-charge

A. Operational Supervision

* Plan, monitor, and coordinate daily CIT operations in assigned areas.

* Verify deployment of security guards, gunmen, and drivers as per the daily schedule.

* Conduct route inspections to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

* Ensure cash vehicles are dispatched and return as per scheduled timings.

B. Manpower & Discipline Management

* Maintain daily attendance, duty rosters, and shift allocation of field staff.

* Conduct surprise checks to ensure guards are in proper uniform, disciplined, and alert on duty.

* Address absenteeism, misconduct, or performance issues and report them to management.

C. Vehicle, Weapon & Equipment Checks

* Ensure all cash vans are roadworthy, maintained, and equipped with valid documents (insurance, permit, fitness certificate, etc.).

* Verify that firearms, ammunition, and communication equipment are in working condition and properly logged.

* Conduct daily pre-dispatch and post-return checks for vehicles and equipment.

D. Client Coordination & Relationship Management

* Serve as the first point of contact for all operational communication with bank officials and clients.

* Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and grievances raised by clients.

* Prepare and submit daily operational and deployment reports to the management and clients as required.

E. Compliance & Safety

* Ensure all CIT staff follow company SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.

* Maintain confidentiality and security of cash movement details and client information.

* Immediately report incidents, route deviations, or emergencies to management and assist in investigation and resolution.

F. Training & Performance Monitoring

* Conduct regular training sessions and briefings for field staff on safety, security, and discipline.

* Guide and mentor new recruits to adapt to operational protocols.

* Continuously monitor field team performance and recommend improvements.

G. Documentation & Reporting

* Maintain accurate records of vehicle logs, route charts, staff attendance, and incident reports.

* Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the Branch Manager or Operations Head.

* Ensure audit readiness by maintaining updated documentation of all field activities.

3. Performance Indicators

* Timely and safe completion of cash movements.

* Zero incidents or losses during transit.

* High client satisfaction and minimal complaints.

* Compliance with SOPs and audit requirements.

* Effective manpower utilization and discipline in the field.

4. Reporting Structure

* Reports To / Operations Head

* Supervises: Security Guards, Gunmen, and Drivers assigned to CIT operations
