We are a growing geotechnical engineering firm specializing in piling, deep foundations, and shoring systems for infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects. Our team delivers safe, efficient, and technically sound foundation solutions.

1. Key Responsiblities:

• Supervise and execute piling works (bored piles, driven piles, micro piles, etc.)
• Oversee shoring and earth retention systems (sheet piles, soldier piles, diaphragm walls, anchors, struts)
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution
• Maintain daily site reports, progress tracking, and quality records
• Ensure proper testing and inspection (pile integrity tests, load tests, concrete quality, etc.)
• Manage equipment, manpower, and materials efficiently
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues
• Enforce strict safety protocols and procedures

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with bored cast-in-situ piles, diaphragm walls, or ground anchors
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Willingness to work on site and travel to project locations
