Civil Draughtsman

This is a full-time permanent role for an Architectural Draughtsman, The Designer will be responsible for making Construction and Architectural drawings in AutoCAD. Hands-on AutoCAD knowledge and strong civil basic are must.

Responsibilities: AutoCAD Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD software, including drawing creation, editing, dimensioning, and annotation.

Construction Drawings: Prepare detailed construction drawings, such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, based on architectural designs and engineering specifications.

Architectural Drawings: Create architectural drawings, including site plans, elevations, and floor plans, to visualize and communicate design concepts. Drawing Standards: Adhere to industry standards and company guidelines for drawing formats, dimensions, and labeling.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of drawings. Revisions: Make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback and changes in design.

Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of drawings and project files.
