Civil Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Civil Engineer will be responsible to inspect the structure, including roof, walls, windows, doors, plumbing, electrical systems, etc., present in a property. The role involves daily tasks such as evaluating and inspecting construction sites, collaborating with architects and contractors, and providing detailed reports on their findings during inspections, which include photos and descriptions of any issues discovered.

Qualifications

• Possess skills in Civil Engineering
• Experience and knowledge in Plumbing and Electrical systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in inspecting and evaluating various types of properties is a plus
• Experience with construction and related activities will be given preference
