The role involves collaboration between operations, vendors, and customers to ensure timely property maintenance and service delivery.

Role Summary

We are hiring a Civil Engineer to support property maintenance activities, vendor coordination, and quality inspections.

This role requires a balance of office-based coordination and field visits to residential properties. The candidate should be comfortable reviewing repair works, verifying material usage, and ensuring service standards are maintained.

• Key Responsibilities

• Review and understand maintenance requirements for residential properties
• Estimate and verify material costs for repair and maintenance works
• Inspect vendor-completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Coordinate with vendors for timely completion of assigned tasks
• Visit sites for inspections and quality checks when required
• Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding work updates
• Support clarification of billing or cost-related queries when necessary

• Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in construction, maintenance, or site supervision
• Knowledge of building materials and cost estimation
• Ability to assess quality of workmanship
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to travel locally for site inspections
