Civil Engineer/property Valuer

We are looking for candidates to conduct site visits for property valuation, project progress reporting, estimation, and quantity surveying. Responsibilities include inspecting residential and commercial properties, assessing construction progress, taking site measurements, and verifying quantities as per drawings and BOQs. Candidates will prepare detailed reports with photos, observations, and cost estimates. The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of construction practices, and the ability to work independently on-site. A diploma or degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying, or a related field is desirable. Fieldwork and travel are essential parts of the job.
