Civil Site Engineer

Job Title: Site EngineerLocation: JayanagarIndustry: Construction / Real EstateEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage day-to-day operations at construction sites in Jayanagar. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors on-site
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
• Manage material requirements, site inventory, and procurement coordination
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
• Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and project managers
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines
• Maintain proper documentation (BOQs, DPRs, site logs, etc.)
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 2–5 years of experience in construction/site execution
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic project management tools

Salary Range₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (based on experience)

• Working Hours6 days a week
• Site-based role with flexible hours depending on project requirements
