Job Title: Civil Engineer

Location: Hoodi Main Rd, Opposite Krishna Community Hall, 4th Block, Ayyappa Nagar, Bangalore

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month (based on last CTC and experience)

Gender Preference: Male Candidates Preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to handle a wide range of tasks. This role requires active involvement in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects while maintaining quality, safety, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and oversee construction projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, and other infrastructure.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all construction activities are on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, reports, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors for smooth execution of projects.
• Solve engineering problems and provide technical solutions on-site.
• Maintain project quality standards and ensure that the construction is in line with plans and specifications.
• Estimate material and labor costs, and monitor budget to avoid overruns.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and other site staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Civil Engineer (2+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering design, materials, and construction methods.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other civil engineering software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of local building codes and construction standards.
• Site management experience is an advantage.

• Location: Hoodi Main Rd, Opposite Krishna Community Hall, 4th Block, Ayyappa Nagar, Bangalore (Transportation assistance may be provided if needed).
• Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month, based on last CTC and experience.
• Gender Preference: Male Candidates preferred due to the nature of the role and team requirements.
• Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday.
