Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer who wants to learn and grow with us and who treats the site like his own project.

This role demands discipline, and honesty — not excuses.

You will be fully responsible for site execution, quality, and daily coordination.

Take full ownership of site execution

Execute work strictly as per drawings & specifications

Maintain quality, safety, and workmanship

Manage labour, vendors, and daily site activities

Plan and monitor daily & weekly work progress

Check materials and prevent wastage

Send daily site updates with photos/videos

Identify issues early and solve, not hide

Coordinate with clients during site visits

Ensure work is done as if it is your own project
