Site Engineer:

The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day site operations and workforce.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Manage material requirements and ensure proper utilization.
• Resolve technical issues arising at the site.
• Assist in cost control and resource planning.
• Maintain site documentation and records.

Project Coordinator:

The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and completion of projects by coordinating schedules, resources, documentation, and communication between stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Track project progress and update status reports.
• Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Identify project risks and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support procurement and vendor coordination.
