• Job Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day construction site activities
• Manage site workers and contractors
• Monitor project progress and ensure work quality
• Handle site planning and execution
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers
• Ensure safety standards and proper use of materials
• Required Skills:Knowledge of site supervision and project execution
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Basic material management and reporting skills
• Good coordination and communication abilities
• Salary & Benefits:Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000
