Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and social media.
- Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, emails, and meetings to introduce services.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver customized presentations and proposals to key stakeholders.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to close deals.
- Strategy & Analysis: Develop and implement acquisition strategies, analyze market trends, and report on key metrics (KPIs).
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve revenue goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–5+ years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is often a plus).
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
