Client Acquisition Officer – Staffing & Campus Placement

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Client Acquisition Officer who will be responsible for building partnerships with companies for staffing services and establishing tie-ups with colleges for campus placement programs. The role involves business development, relationship management, and expanding the company’s recruitment network.Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach companies to establish staffing and recruitment partnerships.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers.

Initiate and manage tie-ups with colleges and universities for campus placement and internship programs.

Promote the company’s staffing, recruitment, and HR services to potential clients.

Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and cold calling.

Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth candidate placement.

Maintain records of client interactions, proposals, and agreements.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good networking and relationship-building abilities.

Basic knowledge of recruitment, staffing, and HR services.

Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing / HR preferred but not mandatory).
