Client Relationship Executive

Role Overview

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will build strong relationships with students and parents, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth and supportive experience throughout their medical admission journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for students and parents

• Build relationships and ensure regular follow-ups

• Guide students on admission processes and counselling

• Handle queries via calls, emails, and chat

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 150–200 clients during peak admission seasons

• Maintain CRM records and support enrollment

• Coordinate with mentors and internal teams

Key Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (relevant field preferred)

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Problem-solving and customer-focused approach

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

Experience:

• 0–2 years in client relations/counselling

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
