Job Description

The Key Accounts Executive will be the primary point of contact for designated clients, responsible for managing relationships end-to-end, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring flawless execution of all projects. This is a client-facing, high-ownership role for a young, energetic, and creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned key accounts (malls & event companies).
  • Regularly engage with client decision-makers to understand needs, new briefs, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Build long-term trust through consistent communication, responsiveness, and quality delivery.

Briefing & Concept Development

  • Collect and interpret client briefs with clarity.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful concepts and presentations.
  • Work closely with the operations & production teams to assess feasibility and align on execution plans.
  • Deliver and present concepts, proposals, and pitches to clients confidently.

Project Execution & Coordination

  • Act as the single point of contact (POC) for the client throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive internal coordination to ensure timely production, installation, and delivery.
  • Oversee on-ground execution standards, ensuring quality output and adherence to client expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues proactively.

Commercials & Finance Coordination

  • Work with the Accounts & Finance team to ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Track project budgets, approvals, and commercial terms throughout the execution.
  • After project completion, ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
  • Maintain healthy account-level financial hygiene.

Business Growth & Ownership

  • Take full ownership of the business generated from assigned key accounts.
  • Identify growth opportunities, seasonal campaigns, and strategic initiatives to increase account revenue.
  • Maintain regular account reviews and performance updates.
