Work Timings: 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Night Shift – US Shift)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process – Customer Service team. You will be handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers based in the USA with their queries and service-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with US-based customers over phone calls.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain call records and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the team to achieve service quality goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Willingness to work in night shifts (6:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
• Prior experience in international voice process preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
