Job Description
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be a key contributor to DDM’s operations and growth. This role requires strong communication skills, proactive coordination, and the ability to manage clients and property listings efficiently.
You will be responsible for handling client interactions, generating qualified leads, coordinating site visits, and ensuring smooth execution of transactions from inquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Engagement
2. Generate a consistent number of qualified leads through property portals, referrals, and social networking platforms.
3. Engage with clients professionally to understand their property requirements and expectations.
4. Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and timely communication.
Property & Field Operations
1. Conduct productive field visits per week with clients, ensuring punctuality and professionalism.
2. Onboard properties daily, ensuring accurate property details, high-quality photographs, Inspection and proper documentation.
3. Coordinate with property owners for site access and information verification.
CRM & Data Management
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, properties, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
2. Ensure clear internal communication with team members and management.
3. Track lead progress and contribute to weekly conversion targets.
Closures & Support
1. Assist in negotiations, deal closures, and client coordination.
Support move-in processes, documentation, and post-closure requirements.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses and professional conduct.
Performance Expectations
