Job Description
- Own the end to end client journey and ongoing client care continuity at Thought Pudding (Unit of Sarmora Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.)
- Coordinate intake logistics, ensure forms are completed, and capture key preferences cleanly for matching.
- Manage scheduling, reschedules, cancellations, and calendar hygiene across therapists and clients.
- Be the primary non clinical point of contact on WhatsApp/email with warmth, clarity, and boundaries.
- Coordinate payments, packages, invoices, and confirmations to prevent session friction.
- Run feedback collection and flag early risk signals (mismatch, dissatisfaction, drop offs) to the clinical lead.
- Follow escalation SOPs for urgent or high risk situations by routing immediately to the clinical owner.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, trackers, SOPs, and report weekly metrics like time to first session, no shows, and conversion.
