 Job Description

 - Receive and Process sales orders from Clients Accurately and Timely

 - Verify pricing, product availability & delivery information

 - Coordinate with various departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment

 - Assist customers with inquiries, requests & issues - Promptly and Professionally

 - Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction & repeat business

 - Provide Administrative Support to the Sales team as Scheduling meetings, Preparing Presentations & managing calendars

 - Basic MIS Reports/files in Ms-Excel/MS-Word | Track Purchase & Sales using MS Excel

 - Co-coordinating with Sales Executives to get reports regularly

 - Keeping track of inward & outward Inventory

 Requirements

 - Graduate | 3+ years Sales Support/Client Relationship/Operations/Similar work experience

 - Know English, Kannada & Hindi | MS-Office/ Computer literate
