Job Description

The Client Relationship Executive (B2C Sales) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with individual customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Engagement & Relationship ManagementInteract with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure smooth communication.
  • Build long-term relationships to improve customer retention.
  • 2. Sales & ConversionExplain products/services clearly and persuasively to customers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Convert leads into successful sales by addressing client queries and concerns.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • 3. Lead ManagementManage assigned leads efficiently and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Prioritize high-quality leads for faster conversion.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries.
  • 4. Customer SupportAssist clients throughout the sales process—from initial discussion to final onboarding.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate when needed.
  • Provide accurate product information and updates.
  • 5. CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams such as operations, support, and management.
  • Communicate client feedback to improve service quality.
  • 6. ReportingMaintain daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Track performance metrics and highlight key challenges or opportunities.
