Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client financial needs, risk appetite, and investment objectives.
• Recommend suitable mutual fund schemes aligned with client goals.
• Assist clients with account opening, KYC, and investment transactions.
• Provide regular portfolio reviews and performance updates.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets through client acquisition and retention.
• Conduct investor education sessions and presentations.
• Stay updated on market trends, new fund launches, and regulatory changes.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI/AMFI guidelines and company policies.

 Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 2+ years in financial services, wealth management, or mutual fund distribution.

• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of mutual funds and investment products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Analytical mindset for portfolio evaluation.
• AMFI/NISM VA certification preferred.
