Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our loan services team. The CRM will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, assisting them with their loan needs, ensuring smooth processing, and driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for loan clients, guiding them through the entire loan lifecycle from application to disbursement and post-loan services.
• Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable loan products (personal loans, business loans, home loans, etc.).
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with the credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
• Assist clients in completing loan documentation and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
• Monitor existing client accounts for repayment patterns, defaults, and provide support where necessary.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling other financial products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
