Online Client Communication:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Instagram DMs, comments, emails, WhatsApp, and website chat.
• Understand customer preferences and guide them through their purchase journey with product details, styling suggestions, and availability updates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Offline Client Experience:

• Greet and assist walk-in clients at the Iyla studio, offering them personalized recommendations and styling help.
• Coordinate appointments, client visits, and special previews or fittings when needed.
• Provide seamless communication between the design/sales team and clients to ensure a smooth offline shopping experience.
• Assisting with shipments and packaging for online sales.

Customer Delight & Feedback:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat purchases and referrals.
• Collect and share feedback with the team to improve service and product experience.
• Suggest thoughtful gestures like thank-you notes, festival wishes, or priority previews to enhance brand loyalty.
