Client Servicing Manager

As a Client Servicing Manager, you’ll be the strategic partner for key clients—translating briefs into powerful events, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery that’s on-brand, on-budget, and unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client relationships, own accounts, and drive business growth
• Develop tailored event strategies aligned with brand goals
• Oversee planning & execution of events, activations, and campaigns
• Build compelling proposals and winning pitch presentations
• Manage budgets, vendors, and quality standards across projects
• Collaborate with creative, ops, and production teams
• Mentor junior team members and drive service excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years in client servicing in events or experiential marketing
• Proven experience with large-scale event execution
• Strong communication, storytelling, & pitch-making skills
• Strategic thinker with executional excellence
• Budget and vendor management expertise
• Team player with leadership qualities

Bonus Points :

• Experience working with premium brands or global clients
• Proficiency in Keynote/PowerPoint and marketing tools
