Clinic Assistant

We are looking for a Female Clinic Assistant to support the daily operations of our PMU clinic and ensure clients have a smooth and comfortable experience.

As a Clinic Assistant, you will welcome clients, answer their basic questions, and help manage appointments through WhatsApp, Instagram, or phone calls. You will also assist with bookings, collect payments, and handle basic billing.

During treatments, you will support the artist by preparing the treatment room, setting up needles, pigments, numbing creams, and other required materials. You will help keep the environment clean and hygienic by sterilizing equipment, arranging tools properly, and sanitizing the room before and after every procedure.

You will also help guide clients with basic post-procedure care instructions as directed by the doctor or artist and ensure they feel comfortable during their visit.

In addition, you will monitor clinic supplies such as pigments, needles, gloves, and other disposables, and inform the management when stock needs to be replenished. Your main role is to keep the clinic organized, hygienic, and running smoothly so the doctor or artist can focus fully on the procedures and client care.
