๐ฅ About the Role
Weโre looking for a hands-on Cluster Team Lead โ Inside Sales to manage a small pod of inside sales executives and drive daily execution, discipline, and revenue ๐.
This role is ideal for a Senior Inside Sales Executive / Team Lead who enjoys being on the floor, coaching reps, tracking numbers, and closing dealsโnot just reporting ๐ง๐๐ค.
๐ฏ What Youโll Own
๐ฅ Manage a cluster of 6โ10 Inside Sales Executives
๐ฐ Own monthly revenue targets for your cluster
๐๏ธ Run daily stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and follow-ups
๐ Track calls, conversions, closures, and rep productivity
๐ง Coach reps through call reviews, objection handling, and closing
๐งน Ensure 100% CRM hygiene (calls, follow-ups, notes, pipeline stages)
๐จ Handle first-level customer escalations and stuck deals
๐ Support onboarding and ramp-up of new sales reps
๐ง What Weโre Looking For
๐ Experience
โณ 3โ6 years in inside sales / telesales
โญ 1โ2 years as a Senior Sales Exec / Team Lead
๐ข Experience selling to SMEs / B2B customers preferred
๐ ๏ธ Skills
๐ฏ Strong closing and follow-up discipline
โฑ๏ธ Comfortable with daily targets and pressure
๐ Hands-on, floor-driven leadership style
๐ป Working knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.)
๐ Basic Excel / Google Sheets for daily MIS
