CMM Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation & Setup: Mount, install, and secure parts, fixtures, and attachments on the CMM table.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) symbols.
• Document inspection results, identify non-conforming materials, and prepare reports to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration checks, and troubleshooting to maintain machine accuracy.
• Work with production and engineering teams to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective.

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in using CMM and other measurement tools.
• Familiarity with CAD software and ability to read technical drawings.
• Basic programming skills related to measurement equipment.
• experience in handling MITUTOYO CMM will be an add on advantage.
