CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator with 6months to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, reading technical drawings, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring parts meet specified tolerances.

Note: If you are interested and have the right Qualification (ITI/Diploma) and attitude, we are open to give training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (Coiling/Forming/lathe/milling/turning as applicable) according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
• Load raw materials into machines and monitor the production process.
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Make minor machine adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to troubleshoot issues and optimize productivity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CNC machine operation (milling, lathe, or turning centers).
• Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and using measuring tools.
• Basic understanding of G-code and M-code is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas control systems.
• Exposure to IATF ISO/TS quality systems.
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and report generation.
