CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operator to lead and manage our uPVC doors & windows fabrication unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring quality standards, optimizing machine utilization, and managing shop-floor teams for efficient and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end uPVC fabrication operations (cutting, welding, assembly, finishing)
• Operate and oversee machinery such as:
• 
  
• 
  
• Double head cutting saw
• CNC corner cleaning machine
• Welding machines
• Copy router & drilling machines
• Ensure production targets are met as per project timelines
• Maintain strict quality control standards for finished products
• Handle machine maintenance coordination and basic troubleshooting
• Train and manage fabrication staff and helpers
• Ensure proper material utilization & wastage control
• Coordinate with design and installation teams for smooth workflow
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance on shop floor

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in uPVC doors & windows fabrication
• Strong hands-on experience in operating fabrication machinery
• Good knowledge of profiles, hardware, and accessories
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
• Leadership skills to manage team and production schedules
• Basic computer knowledge (for production tracking)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with European or Indian uPVC systems
• Prior experience in a supervisory or lead operator role
• Knowledge of optimization software (preferred but not mandatory)
