CNC Machine Operator

At present, M.V. Technics specializes in a wide range of precision engineering processes, including Turning, Milling, Cylindrical Grinding, VMC Milling, CNC Turning, and Vertical Milling. The company caters to small, medium, and large-scale industries, with a strong presence in the automobile and engineering sectors, either directly or through vendor networks.

Roles & Responsibilities

1)Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

2)Set up machines, including loading tools, fixtures, and raw materials.

3)Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

4)Perform routine inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

5)Make minor adjustments to machine settings to maintain product quality.
