CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines for precision manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for setting up machines, executing production runs, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (milling, turning, drilling, etc.)
• Set up machines by installing tools, fixtures, and materials
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Load and run CNC programs (G-code)
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, etc.)
• Ensure product quality and accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Follow safety and production guidelines

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation
• Understanding of G-code and M-code (basic level)
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Knowledge of measuring tools and quality checks
• Attention to detail and precision
• Basic troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with different CNC machines (VMC, HMC, Lathe)
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (basic level)
• Familiarity with tooling and cutting parameters
• Experience in production/manufacturing environment
