CNC Milling Operator

Job description: 3 Axis And 5 Axis Machine Operator

• Ability to work on CNC Milling Machine independently.
• Carry out 2D Part programming on the Machines using Hass, Fanuc & Heidenhain Control Systems
• Should be able to use all relevant measuring Instruments.
• Should have good knowledge of Milling tools.
• Work on Development jobs in coordination with CAM Programmer.
• Experience in Aerospace or Auto part manufacturing company will be an advantage.
• Prior experience of working on 3 Axis or 4 Axis with knowledge on CAD/CAM will be preferred.
• Knowledge of CNC Turning will be added advantage.

Qualifications,

Experience, Skills & Abilities:

• Diploma or ITI Fitter in Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace and Automotive engineering etc. Aerospace experience is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in operating in any of the Below
• CNC VMC – Vertical Machining Centre operator
• CNC Turning Machine operator
