We are looking for an experienced CNC TurnMill Programmer & Setter with strong knowledge of Turnmill machines with Y-axis. The candidate should be capable of programming, machine setup, tooling selection, and ensuring quality through proper inspection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program and set up CNC TurnMill machines with Y-axis.
- Perform machine setup and ensure smooth production operations.
- Select and manage proper cutting tools and tooling setup.
- Conduct component inspection to maintain quality standards.
- Analyze cycle time and cost of components to improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize machining processes.
- Maintain production quality and follow safety standards.
