Job Description
CNC Acoustic Panel Cutting Machine / Router Operator Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate CNC router and cutting machines for acoustic panel production
- Set up machines, load materials, and align panels accurately
- Read and follow drawings, cutting layouts, and CNC programs
- Perform cutting, routing, grooving, and perforation as per specifications
- Change tools, bits, and fixtures as required for different materials
- Monitor machine performance to ensure precision and quality
- Inspect finished panels for dimensions, patterns, and surface finish
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Maintain production and quality records
- Follow safety procedures and use required PPE
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Meet production targets and quality standards
