📌 Job Description (JD) – Tele-Collection Executive

Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

Role: Tele-Collection Executive

Experience: Fresher – 2 Years

Languages: English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Shift: Day Shift

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls for EMI / loan / credit card payment reminders.

Follow up with customers on overdue payments.

Maintain proper call logs, payment status, and commitment records.

Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.

Meet daily, weekly & monthly collection targets.

🔹 Candidate Requirements

Good communication & negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle pressure and target-oriented work.
