Collection Executive / Officer

The Collection Executive Job is for State Bank of India (under outsourced model) across India the following is the Job description

Collection and soft recovery activities.

• Customer visits and follow-ups.

• Reporting through mobile app / digital tools as per requirement.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 21 to 40 years

• Qualification: Minimum Graduate

• Language:

– Local Language – Read / Write / Speak

– English – Read / Write

• Other Mandatory Conditions:

– Must own a Two-Wheeler with valid Driving License

– Must have a Smartphone

– Basic digital skills (PC / Mobile App / Laptop usage)

– Candidate should be from local area of respective RBO/District

• Minimum Selection Criteria: Above 50% in interview parameters (Communication, Customer Handling, Ethics, Digital Skills, Mobility, Attitude & Integrity).

Compensation Highlights:

• CTC: Rs. 19,500/- + GST (subject to state minimum wages)

• Incentive: Performance based

• TA: Rs.100 per visit (Max Rs.10,000 per month)

• Mobile Allowance: Rs.500 per month

• DRA Certified: Additional Rs.1,000 per month
