Collection Executive / Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Collection & Recovery

• Make regular follow-ups with customers for overdue
• Visit customer premises for field collections any time required.
• Negotiate and convince customers for payment settlement, part payment,
• Ensure daily collection targets are met (tele-calling and field follow-ups).

2. Customer Interaction & Counseling

• Handle customer queries, disputes, and concerns regarding repayment.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Collect and deposit cash/cheques/DDs within timelines.
• Daily follow-ups, collection summary, PTP (Promise-To-Pay) tracker, and field visit reports.
• Ensure zero tolerance for abusive, unlawful, or forceful recovery methods.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Educational Qualification

• 10+2 / Graduate (Preferred)
• Prior experience in NBFC/BFSI collections is an added advantage

Experience

• 0–4 years for junior roles
• 4+ years for senior/field collection roles
