Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Collections Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of Excel, and a target-driven mindset to ensure timely payment collections and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for due payments.
- Maintain daily collection records and Excel reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.
Achieve monthly collection targets consistently to get exciting incentives.
