Collection Executive / Officer

Key Responsibilities

● Proactively contact customers to remind them of upcoming installment due dates.

● Follow up with customers who have missed their EMI payments.

● Clearly communicate the implications of delayed or missed payments to customers.

Must Haves

● Minimum qualification:10th or 12th pass (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

● Good verbal and written communication skills.

● Basic proficiency in using the internet and search engines.

● Strong observation skills and a professional, presentable demeanor.
