Job Description
- Conduct regular field visits to customers for collection of loan installments.
- Ensure timely recovery of dues and minimize overdue and delinquency.
- Follow up with customers through calls, messages, and personal visits for pending payments.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and customer interactions.
- Educate borrowers on repayment schedules, penalties, and the importance of credit discipline.
- Identify early warning signs of default and report high-risk accounts to supervisors.
