Collection Executive / Officer

Job Title:

• Recovery Executive - Telecaller / Tele Collection Executive 

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients via phone to recover outstanding debts or follow up on pending EMIs.
• Negotiate repayment plans and terms while maintaining a professional and ethical approach.
• Educate customers about payment deadlines and late fee implications.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and update CRM systems.
• Ensure full compliance with all legal regulations and company policies, including RBI guidelines for debt recovery.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recovery and call targets.
• Liaise with field agents or other departments as required. 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and with empathy.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, MS Excel).
