Collection Manager – JD
Role Overview:
The Collection Manager is responsible for end-to-end collections operations, strategy, team performance, and client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage overall collections portfolio (bucket-wise: 0–30, 30–60, etc.)
• Drive monthly recovery targets & revenue goals
• Lead and manage TLs and AMs
• Design collection strategies & dialer plans
• Monitor KPIs:
• Roll rates
• PTP vs Collected
• Conversion %
• Ensure compliance & regulatory adherence
• Handle client communication & reviews
• Analyze data and improve collection efficiency
Requirements
• 2-10 years experience in collections/BPO
• Strong team handling (50–150+ agents)
• Good knowledge of dialer systems & MIS
• Strong leadership & stakeholder management
