Job Opening: Collections Executive

Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Days: 7 days working with rotational weekly off

Salary: ₹20,000 per month (CTC)

Job Overview: Nimbus BPO is hiring for the role of Collections Executive.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills in Kannada and basic English, along with mandatory experience in collections and a valid DRA certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls for debt recovery and collections.
• Follow-up with customers on outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and update the system regularly.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory norms as per DRA guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude on calls.
• Work effectively in a team and manage work pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Language: Fluent in Kannada (mandatory) + basic English.
• Education: Undergraduate or Graduate – both eligible.
• Certification: Valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification – mandatory.
• Experience: Prior experience in Collections Process – required.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and disputes professionally.
