Job Description
- Visit customer locations as per the assigned routes to collect overdue payments.
- Communicate politely and clearly with customers regarding outstanding dues.
- Update payment status, customer feedback, and visit details in the system/app daily.
- Ensure adherence to company collection policies and compliance guidelines.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers during the collection process.
- Report any issues, disputes, or escalations to the supervisor.
- Submit collected payments and documents accurately and on time.
