Job Description
THE JOB REQUIRES THE CANDIDATE TO MAKE DAILY PAYMENT RECOVERY AND FOLLOW-UP CALLS TO CUSTOMERS. THE CANDIDATE MUST ALSO KNOW HOW TO SPEAK HINDI, ENGLISH, KANNADA, TELUGU AND TAMIL AS OUR CUSTOMERS ARE FROM VARIOUS SOUTHERN STATES. THE CANDIDATE MUST ALSO HAVE A BASIC IDEA OF HOW TO USE TALLY TO CHECK CUSTOMER BALANCES AND SHARE TRANSCATION STATEMENTS TO CUSTOMERS, TRAINING FOR WHICH WILL BE PROVIDED. THE CANDIDATE WILL BE PROVIDED WITH AN OFFICE COMPUTER AND MOBILE PHONE.
